What you need for your claim

Use your email and password to access your account or create a new one if you don’t have one yet.

Select the policy you wish to make a claim on.

Download the provided claim form, complete and attach any requested supporting documents.

Submit the completed forms and a member of our claims team will reach out to follow up on your claim.

After submitting a completed claims form, you should receive an email notification, that your claim has been successfully submitted. Together with your claim number.
Your claim will then be processed and reviewed by a member of our claims team.
Should any additional information be required to process your claim, our claims team will contact you via email or phone.
Claims take on average 10 -15 days to process, therefore please allow for this processing time once you have submitted your claim.
Within this time our claims team will contact you to work through your claim and finalise claim payments.
